HERBAL REMEDIES FOR INSOMNIA (SLEEPLESSNESS)

HERBAL REMEDY 1️⃣



➡️Egbo igi Asofeyeje tutu (fresh root of swizzle tree with scientific name Rauvolfia Vomitoria)



✅Wash the root clean with water, cut it into places boil it with water, take a glass cup of it in the evening, you will sleep very very well I am confident of this.



HERBAL REMEDY 2️⃣



➡️Ewe Asofeyeje tutu (the fresh leave of Rauvolfia Vomitoria I mentioned above)



✅If you boil the leaves of this tree and filter it well drink a cup in the evening around bed time you sleep SOUNDLY.

➡️If boil the leaves of umbrella tree (this tree is popularly know as Indian almond with scientific name Terminalia Catappa)



✅Drink it one cup in the morning and one cup in the night. You will have a very sounds sleep.

✅Make juice from these leaves drink 2 cup of it every evening.
